shelly cloud device : risposta ok ma non si attiva

Buongiorno,
ho la necessità di attivare uno shelly 1 non dalla rete locale ma dall'esterno tramite browser .
Ho letto che si dovrebbe utilizzare shelly-XX-eu.shelly.cloud/device dopo aver recuperato numero del server e auth_key dal proprio account .
Ho fatto delle prove e per ora riesco a fare funzionare solo il comando "status"

esempio :

Tutto ok, mi risponde come segue :

Speravo fosse tutto ok anche con relay ON e OFF con la seguente stringa

ma mi risponde come se fosse tutto ok

ma il dispositivo non si commuta , non si attiva con ON e non si spegne con OFF .

Avete qualche suggerimento a riguardo ?

Prova a mandare la stringhe da terminale windows così:
